With a mission to create a safe space where our voices can be heard, so we could come together towards a common vision – to thrive and debunk the Filipino stereotype. It is a platform for us to connect, learn from each other, be inspired to flourish and be equipped with the right mindset for success. We are focused on mindset, growth, and self-care as these are prerequisites for success towards women's empowerment.

Joanna Ramos
As a Filipina Entrepreneur in the UAE, I was too anxious about our negative Filipino stereotype. I feel that people would judge me as what it is and this is the reason why I made a decision to invest in myself to improve and work with a coach. Working with my coach Emma Burdett (Founder of WILD – Women in Leadership Deliver), made me level up in all aspects of my life. I felt the value of self-awareness and this has led me to become a better version of myself. Emma became a great role model and trusted support, she helped me discover my sense of identity and after this, encouraged me to build my own Female Network – Thriving Filipina Circle. I realized that if this amazing transformation can happen to me, it can also happen to my fellow Filipinas in the UAE. I believe it is vital for Filipinas to be part of a Females network like TFC so we can learn from each other, lift each other up, be equipped with the right mindset to succeed, be empowered, and stand out towards the crusade of anti-discrimination and gender equality in society. My heart is full as I give back to this community and I am filled with much gratitude after learning that this group has changed many lives and touched the hearts of many. I am also beyond grateful for all these women who are willing to help our fellow Filipinas thrive and continue believing in this circle.
